Robots and Beyond
Site: MIT Museum

Country: U.S.A
Year: 2017-18
The project is a re-design and renewal of the MIT Museum Gallery of Artificial Intelligence, Robots and Beyond. The project involved the reorganization of the current collection, the addition of new pieces and the complete redesign of the architectural space and panels.
I proposed a visual rationalization of the space where all the corners has to be 90 degrees and all the cases have to be part of this ‘squared space’. The environment become extremely pure and ‘artificial’ whereas the panels design proposed use fabric as a visual and tangible contrast with the robots exhibited. The project was part of the permanent exhibitions of the MIT Museum.
